Why TORRES?
Torres is my great-grandmother's last name. Her name was Vicenta Torres and in Finestrat she was a very dear and well-known person. However his surname almost disappeared. In the year 1,999 my Father John Algaba, opened the real estate in Finestrat and thought that TORRES would be a good name for the business.
During all these years we have tried to work as well as possible defending good practices and fair trade. Our customers have brought us new customers, our clients guarantee us.
Our work is difficult to explain in a nutshell: One of the most important things is to understand what the person in front of us wants to convey. It is not enough to speak several languages. It takes a lot of psychology and empathize with people. We try to advise people to be able to find the property that best fits their needs, accompanying them at all times. The fidelity of our customers we have earned over many years especially for our aftersales service. It's easy to sell a house. The difficult thing is to get our customers to feel good with the purchase, completely satisfied and to feel accompanied.  Advising, guiding, listening, serving, helping, are some of our values.
Our main office is in the village of Finestrat but our team is very spacious. We have collaborators all over the Costa Blanca.
